Ideally located close to local amenities and transport links. Lancaster is 5 miles away and a 40 mins drive to the Lake District.

The Space
This is an entire private apartment in a block of 8 flats . It is on the middle floor up one flight of stairs or lift access. There are 7 steps up to the main entrance.

The 2 bed apartment is private in a shared block of holiday lets.
Other Things To Note
There is no designated parking for the apartment. However, there is free unrestricted street parking right outside, or if a bit busier on the other side of the promenade.

There are many fantastic places to eat and drink around the local area. Whatever you’re looking for, the Bay area has something for everyone. Enjoy a tipple in one of the many bars, or a 3-course meal in some of the best restaurants in the local vicinity.

my friend and I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. we arrived on a freezing cold day .Gail had the heating on and the whole place was lovely and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. The view is . AMAZING .The Bus stops were 2 minutes away. Gail was very responsive .yes We will definitely return and everyone in Morecambe were really helpful and friendly. Great stay

Great location! Lovely apartment with fantastic views over Morecambe Bay.
Nice little touches such as full-sized, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, milk in the fridge and every pot and pan you could need in the spotlessly clean kitchen. There was even a pair of binoculars to view the bay!

Convenient for Bare village, and it’s shops & pub’s etc, good chip shop.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious, nice high ceilings, kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils.
The televisions were of such an age that modern entertainment units were unable to be attached.
Our main concern was that the beds although comfortable were very near to the floor, perhaps a problem for some people of a certain age, or with a disability.
Overall a pleasant few nights stay, would recommend.

Good hosts. Clear concise instructions regarding finding and getting into the apartment.
Apartment had everything we needed with a fab view over Morecambe bay and the crabbing pool, very well situated.
My only minus would be that I feel the decor could do with a bit of a refresh. It was more than adequate for our needs but did look a bit ‘tired’ .
Having said that the view and the location made up for this.

This is a comfortable flat with spectacular views across Morecombe Bay to the peaks of the Lake District. Walkable distance from Morecombe and an easy bus ride to Lancaster. Gail was very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Debbie and Adrian who went above and beyond to help with a window that was locked open.

My husband and I have just enjoyed a lovely short break here. The view is superb and the location of the accommodation is great. The flat is spacious, and we found it very clean and comfortable. There was a small problem with the Wi-Fi, but Emma was extremely quick to respond, proactive in resolving it, and most apologetic. We’re very much looking forward to returning in September, when we hope to be equally as lucky with the weather!

A great flat at the quieter end of Morecambe, perfectly placed for the promenade and Happy Mount Park. The flat was spacious with everything we needed, the views from the living room were fantastic.
