In the heart of Lancaster, this second floor flat is a great place to stay for your time away.
Private parking and a short walk to fabulous bars, restaurants and the charming canal area of the town.
Self contained kitchen, Wifi, 2 double bedrooms and 1 spare bed in small annex over 2 floors, 3 flights of stairs. This comfortable flat is a perfect gateway to the Lakes, situated on a lovely Georgian street- a quiet retreat from the vibrant city centre. We have made a lot of recent improvements 🙂

The Space
Entire 2 bedroom apartment over the top two floors of a three floor house.
Access to the parking area behind the house and up the path and around house to the front door. Up a flight of stairs to the entrance to flat 3.
Guest Access
From the parking area, go up steps through the garden and around the house to the front door. Once in the house up one flight of stairs to the entrance of the flat. Once in the flat up another flight of stairs to the living area. The second bedroom is up another flight of stairs.
Other Things To Note
Once at the door to flat 3, it is up one flight of stairs to the main living area. There is another flight of stairs to the top bedroom.

There are many fantastic places to eat and drink around the local area. Whatever you’re looking for, the Bay area has something for everyone. Enjoy a tipple in one of the many bars, or a 3-course meal in some of the best restaurants in the local vicinity.

Lovely spacious apartment, complete with everything you would wish for for a short stay. Ideal location, very peaceful, but only a short walk to the city centre and amenities .Surprise bonus, great chippy just at the bottom of the road . Excellent accomodating hosts. We had an excellent stay and would love to revisit sometime in the future

Fantastic flat. Very close to pubs, shops and the atmosphere of Lancaster.
The hosts were really helpful and prompt with replies to my questions. Lovely little touches, milk in the fridge and fresh flowers.
The flat was spacious with a well equipped good sized kitchen and comfy beds.
Would definitely book this flat again when next in Lancaster.

Lovely stay with BayStay (Emma and Gail). Rooms were comfy and spacious, located very near city centre with a private parking, rome perfect for family as well. I recommend to plan your visit to stay with BayStay

Very well-located flat within easy walking distance of train station and convenient to town center. Near a grocery store, and just across the street from the canal, which means easy access to lovely walking trails.

Great value for a 3 night stay with 5 of us, good location and very good parking – we fit 3 cars blocking each other in in our designated area. Living space was roomy and the rooms/bed were large – towels was a nice touch. Hot water didn’t run out like in a lot of these bnbs in Lancaster overall 10/10 stay. Thanks to the baystay team 🙂
